Felt like crap doing this benchmark- painting a room and getting high on fumes isn't the smartest thing to do before a WOD.

Pullup WOD- Hit 13min, i.e. 13 pullups @ 13min mark
Feel Like shit. I have no energy. My body doesn't feel up to what I want it to do. It's been quite some time since I've felt this way.

Really interesting blog about fish oil vs flax seed oil. In a similar vain to fish oil vs flax seed oil, I've found the richest, purest omega-3 EFP fish oil supplement on the market.
